This class focuses on challenging tricks, dynamic transitions, acrobatic elements, handstands, drops, and impressive combinations performed in heels. You’ll develop strength, control, balance, and technique while learning how to execute powerful movements with confidence and precision. Level: Intermediate – Previous pole experience, basic inverts, and confidence moving in heels are required.
