Warm Deep Stretch

About this event

Our deep stretch class begins on your mat with profound breathwork that allows you to go deep into your body, warming you up through each inhale and exhale as you begin to open up and let go. This hour class is specifically designed to build flexibility in the body. Postures are held for a long period of time to release and let go. The perfect way to unwind and reduce stress. An all-levels, restorative class for everyone, as you soak up the positive benefits of our infrared heat and breathe into bliss!
