Moon Day🌛 Somatics & Sound Ceremony

About this event

Join us every Monday (Moon Day) for an evening of deep relaxation, presence, and devoted stillness. A sacred space to return to the Self. Together, we surrender to the healing currents of vibrational medicine, allowing sound to soften the edges of the mind, open the heart, and awaken the soul. Let this be your weekly ritual, an omen of devotion to the betterment of your wellbeing. A moment to pause, to remember, be held and received for all that you are. *Bring water, something to lay on, a blanket, pillow, eye masks, and an open heart!
