Deep Stretch Yin & Sound | Unwind the Body and Mind

About this event

This class blends mindful movement with the healing power of sound. We move slowly and mindfully, focusing on proper alignment and breath, holding each posture for several breaths to cultivate strength, awareness, and inner calm. This all-levels class offers detailed instruction on how to enter and exit each shape with grace and safety, including modifications to meet your body where it is. Class closes with a soothing sound bath, inviting deep rest and nervous system release. This class is perfect for anyone who wants a more introspective practice that supports you in coming back home to yourself.
