About this event
Move to the beat as you lengthen, sculpt and tone. This barre-inspired class uses a variety of props including blocks, bands, light weights and the Pilates ball. We focus on core and glute sequences, with standing floor work to challenge balance, stability and coordination. Lots of ballet-inspired movements that will leave you feeling strong and feminine.
