You are invited to join us for an informative and supportive educational evening focused on understanding perimenopause and menopause. Our 9th seminar in our menopause series is: When Life Gives You Menopause-Chill the Glass and Pour a Spritz!

Many women experience changes such as hot flashes, sleep disturbances, mood changes, weight fluctuations, decreased energy, and other symptoms during this stage of life. Our goal is to provide education about these changes, discuss current approaches to symptom management, and answer common questions in a comfortable and welcoming environment.

Educational Topics Include:

Understanding hormonal changes during perimenopause and menopause

Sleep, stress, and emotional well-being

Weight, metabolism, and energy changes

Intimacy and overall wellness

How perimenopause and menopause can affect spouses, partners, and relationships—and ways loved ones can better understand and support one another

Integrative and lifestyle approaches that may support quality of life

Time for questions and discussion

Spouses, partners, and significant others are encouraged to attend. Understanding the physical and emotional changes that can occur during this stage of life can help foster communication, compassion, and support for both individuals and their relationship.
