LYRA INTRO – Beginner Level Discover the world of aerial hoop (lyra)! This class is designed for complete beginners who want to learn the fundamentals of aerial movement. You’ll learn basic grips, safe entries and exits, beginner-friendly poses, and simple transitions on the hoop. We’ll also focus on building strength, coordination, flexibility, and body awareness to help you feel comfortable and confident in the air. Step by step, you’ll start connecting movements and creating your first beautiful shapes on the hoop. Level: Beginner No previous experience required!
