Sound Circle + Guided Meditation

About this event

Come as you are and settle into an evening of rest, reflection, and connection. We’ll begin with a **guided meditation + visualization led by Lizzie**, designed to help you slow down, quiet the mind, and reconnect within. From there, you’ll be invited to simply lie back and receive as we move into an immersive sound journey with crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other healing instruments. No meditation experience is needed—this is a welcoming space for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. ✨ Guided meditation + visualization ✨ Immersive sound healing ✨ Intention setting + reflection ✨ Community connection **This offering is donation-based. Give what you can, receive what you need.** Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask or anything you need to feel cozy and supported.
