Salsa on 2, also known as New York Style Salsa, is a smooth, rhythmically intricate form of salsa dancing that emphasizes musicality, timing, and elegant footwork—danced “on the 2” beat with a flowing, forward-and-back motion. Salsa Ninja’s Salsa On 2 Intermediate Beginner Class (Level 1–1.5) is designed for dancers who already have a foundational understanding of Salsa On 2 rhythm and basic technique. This class builds on those fundamentals, introducing new patterns, timing exercises, and styling to elevate your dance.
