Sunset to Moonrise Sound Healing

About this event

Join Sivan in Pompano Beach for a grounding beachfront sound healing experience as the sun sets and the evening unfolds.

Sound healing uses the vibrations and frequencies of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and other resonant instruments to invite the body and mind into a state of rest and presence. As the sounds wash over you, you are simply encouraged to lie back, breathe, and receive.

Every experience is personal. Some people feel deeply relaxed or meditative, while others notice a quieter mind, emotional release, renewed clarity, or a stronger sense of connection to themselves. You may also experience the sound as gentle waves of vibration moving through and around the body. There is nothing you need to achieve, and no prior experience is necessary.

Receiving sound healing in nature adds another dimension to the experience. The rhythm of the ocean, the open sky, the feeling of the sand beneath you, and the transition from daylight into evening create a naturally grounding environment. Together, the sounds of the instruments and the sounds of the sea offer space to slow down, soften, and reconnect.

• Arrival and settling in: 5:00 PM

• Event ends: 6:30 PM

• Location: on the sand by the beach access at 270 Briny Ave, Pompano Beach, FL 33062

• Parking: 270 Briny Ave, Pompano Beach is the closest parking lot to the beach access

Please arrive at 5:00 PM so you have time to settle comfortably before the experience. I suggest using the restroom beforehand, as there are no public facilities nearby. The restaurants along the beach are the closest option.

This experience takes place on the beach in Pompano Beach, weather permitting. If conditions aren't safe on the sand, we'll move indoors to IGNITE Yoga & Fitness, 4670 Coral Ridge Drive, Coral Springs, at the same time, and you'll be notified that day.

WHAT TO BRING

• A beach blanket or mat

• Two pillows, one for under your head and one for under your knees

• A light layer for when the breeze picks up after sunset

• Water

• Bug spray, since the beach can get buggy at dusk

• An eye mask, if you'd like one

TICKETS

General admission: $25 event price

Early Bird: $20 event price through November 12 at 11:59 PM

Applicable online card-processing costs are included in the online ticket price, and Wix’s ticket-service fee is added at checkout.

POLICY

Tickets are nonrefundable. If you're unable to attend, your ticket may be used for another Sunset to Moonrise Sound Healing event on the beach in Pompano Beach within 3 months of the original event date. Please contact Heal Within You before the event to arrange this.
