ZENRITUAL™ | Warm Yin + Reiki Soften. Surrender. Receive. Step into the gentle warmth of our infrared-heated sanctuary and give yourself permission to slow down. ZENRITUAL™ brings together the stillness of Yin Yoga and the nurturing presence of Reiki in a soulful practice of rest and reconnection. Expect floor-based postures held for several minutes, supported by bolsters, blankets, and blocks. With mindful breath and time in each shape, you’re invited to explore sensation, soften effort, and honor your body’s needs. Reiki is woven throughout the practice, offered through gentle touch or hands hovering above the body, always with your consent. You’re welcome to receive or simply enjoy the quiet. Let this be your ritual of coming home to yourself—with nothing to prove and space to simply be. Warm infrared heat: 80–90°F
