DJ’d Heated Vinyasa Flow One year. Two vibes. the heart. ❤️ We exhaled. Now we inhale. INHALE. is 90 minutes of heat, movement, breath, and beats—a powerful heated vinyasa practice with a live DJ, celebrating everything we’ve built together and all the places we still have to go. What really makes it special is that it will be team taught by as many of the heart. teachers as we could fit in the room, bringing different voices, styles, and energy together for one big sweaty birthday flow. And don’t rush out after savasana. Stick around for light bites, reminiscing about the year that got us here, and plenty of “what if we…” conversations about what comes next. One year down.
