About this event
We are known for our 18 year tradition on Sundays of Yoga with Musicians to accompany our instructor on Atlantic Avenue. This is an all levels vinyasa flow with options from beginning to advanced incorporating Nada Yoga (yoga of Sound) into a blissful practice of meditation in motion. Music varies from acoustic to classical yoga music to main stream music including covers. Our musicians are on a rotation for your variety.
