About this event
A guided journey through breath, heat, and cold designed to awaken the body and heighten awareness. Breathwork begins in the sauna, building presence through heat before moving into cold immersion, where breath becomes the anchor through intensity. The experience closes in stillness, allowing the body to settle and what surfaced to take shape through the simple ritual of writing haiku. Through heat, cold, breath, and expression, the elements become a pathway back to presence.
