Warm Deep Stretch

About this event

Our Deep Stretch class begins on your mat with profound breath work that allows you to go deep into your body, warming you up through each inhale and exhale as you begin to open up and let go. This class is specifically designed to build flexibility in the body. Postures are held for long periods of time to release and let go. The perfect way to unwind & reduce stress. An all levels, restorative class for everyone, as you soak up the positive benefits of infrared heat and breathe into bliss.
