Free Sound + Breathwork + Meditation

About this event

Your breath is one of the most powerful tools you have. Let's put it to work. We'll begin with deep, intentional breathwork accompanied by live sound instruments, using the breath and vibrations to shift energy, release tension, and move beyond the chatter of the mind. Expect an active, immersive experience that invites you to explore what's happening beneath the surface. From there we'll move into anapana meditation, the practice of observing your natural breath without trying to change it. Moving from active breathing to quiet awareness, we'll explore the difference between consciously directing the breath and simply witnessing it. We'll conclude with traditional pranyama techniques that will leave you energized and centered. Part activation, part stillness. An opportunity to recalibrate, reconnect, and discover just how much can shift when you pay attention to your breath. For your safety: Intense breathwork isn’t recommended for everyone, so please consult your doctor before attending if you are pregnant or have a history of cardiovascular conditions, high blood pressure, epilepsy or seizures, glaucoma, or serious mental health conditions. Please arrive on an empty or light stomach. What to wear: Honestly, anything that you’ll be comfortable just lying down in. Bring layers, as the class can feel warm and cold. What to bring: A yoga mat and a water bottle. We have mats for rent, water for purchase, and a water fountain to fill up your bottle. We have all the necessary props for your class (blocks, straps, etc.).
