About this event
Weekly class designed to create community among pregnant people and prepare for labor and delivery. We will start with sharing and then work to relieve the aches associated with carrying a baby. Meditations will guide connection to our baby and relaxation and reduce stress. Danielle is certified in Prenatal as well as therapeutics. She begins the class with sharing to be able to create the perfect sequence on the spot to allow the students needs to be met for their every changing body and baby.
