All Levels Your time, your training, your goals! Enjoy independent practice in our spacious aerial and pole training area. Choose your preferred apparatus, including pole, flying pole, aerial hoop (lyra), or aerial silks. This is your opportunity to practice skills, work on combinations, improve technique, or simply enjoy moving at your own pace. Please note: This is an open practice session, not an instructor-led class. Participants train independently and should only practice skills they can perform safely. Perfect for anyone looking for extra training time outside of regular classes!
